PromtPress is the name of the platform (also "the Platform", "the Service"). Invoices and payment documents
Every top-up of the advertising balance is confirmed by an electronic invoice sent to the e-mail given at registration. Prices are quoted in US dollars without VAT; taxes applicable in the Customer's country are paid by the Customer. Refunds are documented with a credit note to the original invoice (see the Refund Policy).
Contracts
The Terms of Service published on this site govern the relationship with every Customer. A signed written agreement, purchase order or supplier questionnaire can be provided to corporate Customers on request: write to hello@promtpress.com with the subject "Contract details". Bank account details for wire transfers are provided together with the invoice.
Russian-language version
The Russian-language version of the site (promtpress.com) is operated by a separate operator, a self-employed professional income tax payer of the Republic of Belarus; its details are published on the Russian page "Реквизиты". Customers choose the version of the site and the operator they contract with by the language of the Terms they accept.
