Consent to the processing of personal data
1. Where It Applies
This is the text of consent you give by submitting any form on promtpress.com (audit request, partner application, assistant chat), registering in the dashboard, or leaving contacts on a landing page built with PromtPress. Full processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy, service terms in the Terms of Use.
2. Consent Text
By submitting the form, I give consent to AFFMID LTD (a company registered in England and Wales, number 15282117, address 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom), the operator of the PromtPress platform (full details on the page Company details), to process my personal data: name, email address, phone number or messenger identifier, name and description of my business, links and materials I provided voluntarily, as well as technical visit data. Purpose of processing: response to my inquiry, assembly and placement of a landing page, correspondence with an assistant and manager, forwarding leads to me, running advertising campaigns on my behalf, calculations and invoicing, support. Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, storage, use, transfer to engaged contractors and services (hosting, payment providers, advertising networks, language model suppliers) to the extent necessary for providing the service, anonymization, and deletion. Some contractors are located outside the United Kingdom; transfer is performed in compliance with UK GDPR.
3. Term and Withdrawal
Data is stored for the periods set in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy: inquiries and leads for 12 months from the last contact date, account data for the duration of service use and 1 year after, payment documents for at least 6 years as required by law. Consent is given voluntarily and may be withdrawn at any time by email to hello@promtpress.com from the address provided in the form or during registration. After withdrawal, data is deleted or anonymized within 10 business days, except for information the Operator is required to retain by law (receipts, payment documents). Services requiring such data will be discontinued.
4. If You Do Not Consent
Without consent, the form cannot be submitted: we would have nowhere to send responses and leads, no one to assign the page address to, and no name to issue invoices to. You may visit the site and read materials without consent; only technical cookies are used for that.
