Settlement documents
The settlement receipt is generated in the «Professional Income Tax» application of the Ministry of Taxation of the Republic of Belarus and sent to the Customer electronically (to the e-mail or Telegram provided at registration) no later than the date funds are received, or per the procedure set out in part two of clause 9 of the Regulation on the use of the application approved by Resolution No. 433 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.07.2022. In accordance with Article 7 of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 230-Z of 30.12.2022, transactions involving professional income tax may be carried out without concluding written civil-law contracts. A written offer agreement is provided upon request for the Customer's accounting needs.
